TEC sign-ups are here! November 18-20, Saint Mary’s University will be hosting Hiawatha Valley TEC 75.
A TEC (Together Encountering Christ) Retreat is a three day encounter consisting of meditations, discussions, sacramental liturgies, fellowship, and community-building. It’s a wonderful opportunity to take a break from the busy routine and pressures of everyday life while providing an occasion to look at one’s life, relationship with God, goals, and growth as a Christian. The retreat is formed around the Paschal Mystery of Jesus Christ.
The weekend retreat is open to Saint Mary’s and Winona State University students, beginning late Friday afternoon and ending late Sunday afternoon. The entire weekend is held at the Alverna Center in downtown Winona. Transportation is provided to and from Saint Mary’s. We welcome students of all faiths to participate in all Campus Ministry activities.
• The cost of the retreat is $40. For non-Saint Mary’s students the cost is $65.
• Scholarship money is available.
